Title: Project Manager, Regulatory Job Monitoring Program
Location: Remote

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the enterprise Job Monitoring Workstream supporting future regulatory and compliance requirements. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the implementation of a standardized job monitoring capability across critical business applications and technology platforms.
The Project Manager will partner with Technology, Finance, Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure, Application Support, and external consultants to establish a scalable monitoring framework that enables consistent control execution, evidence retention, alerting, issue remediation, and audit readiness. The role will manage program delivery from strategy and requirements through pilot implementation and enterprise rollout. The initiative supports future regulatory compliance objectives by improving monitoring consistency, auditability, operational resilience, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Lead the enterprise Job Monitoring Program and associated governance forums.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams including application teams, infrastructure, observability, compliance, and audit stakeholders.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive status reviews.
Regulatory and Compliance Readiness
- Drive planning activities supporting future regulatory monitoring requirements.
- Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk teams to define monitoring control requirements and evidence expectations.
- Ensure monitoring solutions support auditability, documentation, evidence retention, and timely remediation.
Solution Delivery
- Manage requirements gathering and business process assessments.
- Coordinate proof-of-concept and pilot activities for monitoring solutions such as Dynatrace and other enterprise platforms.
- Lead application onboarding planning and execution.
- Develop implementation roadmaps for scaling monitoring capabilities across the application portfolio.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, Finance, and external partners.
- Drive alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
- Manage communications and change management activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational impacts.
- Develop mitigation plans and escalation strategies.
- Ensure program decisions are documented and supported by business rationale and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 7+ years of project or program management experience.
- Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing compliance, governance, risk, audit, or regulatory programs.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and drive progress with a high level of ambiguity.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of enterprise application environments, batch processing, and systems integration.
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, or operational support processes.
- Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs), audit requirements, and evidence management.
- Experience working with PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and project financials.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, or audit initiatives.
- Experience with monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, or similar tools.
- Background in enterprise technology, financial systems, ERP platforms, or infrastructure operations.
- Experience working with automated controls, job scheduling, alerting, and operational monitoring solutions.
- Competence with Smartsheet and or PowerBi
Success Measures (First 12 Months)
- Program governance established and operating effectively.
- Standardized job monitoring requirements approved.
- Monitoring pilot successfully implemented and documented.
- Initial wave of critical applications onboarded.
- Regulatory evidence and reporting requirements defined and validated.
- Executive dashboard established with KPI and compliance reporting.
- Sustainable roadmap created for enterprise-scale deployment.
- Reduced manual monitoring effort and improved audit readiness.
