Title: Admin/ Coordinator
Location: Riverside, CA 92501
Contract: 3–4 months initially
Start Date: ASAP – ideally next week
Hours: 8-hour day, starting around 7:30 AM (8:00 AM latest)
Onsite: Monday – Friday
Position Overview
This is an Admin/Dispatch Coordinator supporting a busy Riverside Field Services operation, with frequent communication with the Anaheim office.
The Field Services team consists of technicians and crews working in the field on traffic infrastructure, fiber optic cable, traffic equipment, cabinets, controllers, poles, and related projects.
This person will serve as a key operational resource for the office and needs to be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, blue-collar/field-service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch field crews and technicians
Answer and manage incoming customer/service calls
Coordinate deliveries and field-service requests
Communicate with Riverside and Anaheim teams
Support customers, distributors, DOT representatives, and field personnel
Utilize SAP/SBP tools for dispatch and field communication
Run reports and maintain accurate information
Manage communication across phone, email, voicemail, and text
Prioritize urgent requests and adjust quickly as needs change
Provide general administrative and operational support to the office
Top Skills / Experience
Dispatch or Field-Service Coordination: Experience coordinating technicians, crews, equipment, service calls, deliveries, or field operations.
Strong Administrative/Organizational Skills: Must be able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
SAP Experience: Strongly preferred. Experience with SAP or similar ERP/dispatch systems will help significantly with ramp-up.
Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Suite, including reporting and day-to-day communication.
Self-Starter / Mature Professional: Needs someone proactive who learns quickly, asks the right questions, and does not require constant supervision.
