Summary:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will support the Help Desk AI initiative, an enterprise-wide technology transformation effort requiring change management planning, stakeholder engagement, user readiness, and adoption activities. The role will work closely with Enterprise Technology leadership to develop and execute change strategies that help employees understand, adopt, and effectively utilize new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management activities for a large-scale technology initiative.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to organizational change.
- Create and deliver OCM artifacts, communications, and adoption materials.
- Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and end users to drive awareness and readiness.
- Translate complex technical changes into clear, user-friendly messaging and actions.
- Support stakeholder management across multiple business functions and geographic locations.
- Drive user adoption and ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Organizational Change Management practitioner.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead change management efforts and "hit the ground running."
- Experience supporting and leading change initiatives for large-scale programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working on technology-focused transformations and implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
- OCM certifications (considered a plus, but not required).
- Experience supporting enterprise technology organizations.
- Background in technology-driven change initiatives.
- Experience within large, complex organizations.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Perform change impact and readiness assessments.
- Develop communications and training/adoption materials.
- Collaborate with project teams and business partners.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities.
- Create strategies to support end-user understanding and adoption.
- Track and manage organizational readiness for deployment.
