We are seeking a highly technical Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join our Capacity Planning and Infrastructure Engineering team. In this role, you will drive complex, cross-functional programs focused on infrastructure capacity planning, forecasting, optimization, and automation at massive scale.

You will partner closely with infrastructure engineers, software engineers, data scientists, capacity engineers, and technical stakeholders to define problems, develop scalable solutions, and drive programs from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in highly technical environments and can translate complex infrastructure, data, and capacity challenges into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes.

The Opportunity for You:

• Lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs focused on infrastructure capacity planning, forecasting, optimization, and automation.
• Own program strategy, planning, execution, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across multiple technical teams.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to define capacity planning problems, requirements, methodologies, and success metrics.
• Drive end-to-end programs spanning demand forecasting, supply planning, infrastructure modeling, scenario analysis, and capacity optimization.
• Work with software engineers to design and implement scalable tools and systems that automate and improve capacity planning processes.
• Coordinate technical work involving Python, SQL, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and data platforms.
• Establish program milestones, operating mechanisms, dashboards, and metrics to track progress and measure impact.
• Translate complex technical concepts and analytical findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Navigate ambiguous problem spaces and bring structure to complex infrastructure and capacity challenges.
• Partner with engineering leadership to prioritize investments and drive execution against strategic capacity objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and agentic workflows to improve capacity planning efficiency, data quality, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of capacity planning processes, tools, methodologies, and operational workflows.

Key Success Factors:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management, Engineering Program/Project Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Data Engineering, Capacity Engineering, Performance Engineering, or a related technical field with demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
  • Proactive and highly driven approach to program execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, technical leadership, and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering programs from problem definition through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on technical experience along with a strong understanding of large-scale infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, and Kubernetes (K8s)/Amazon EKS.
• Direct experience with capacity planning, capacity engineering, forecasting, demand planning, infrastructure modeling, performance analysis, or resource optimization, including the ability to use data and technical analysis to drive infrastructure planning and business decisions.
